Our quantity take-off services involves a systematic and secure 3-step-process designed for simplecity and safety.

Sample Work

Send your construction drawings for our study. We will conduct a sample work including 3D model and quantity take-off tables for you than submit along with our proposal and workschedule. This step is free of charge.

3D Model & BOM Tables

If sample work meets your demands, we prepare a 3D model of your construction drawings than generate both summary and detailed quantity take-off tables. During this phase, we provide feedback regarding any errors found in your construction drawings.

Delivery

Delivery e-mail contains a 3D model, summary&detailed quantity take-off tables. Each element or surface will be tagged and these tags will match every single line of the detailed quantity take-off table so you can easily perform a random check of our work be sure of its accuracy.

Pricing

Our man-hour estimate is the upper limit. If we actually spend fewer man-hours than estimation, we will request payment for the actual man-hours worked. If we exceed estimated man-hours due to reasons attributable to us, we will not request additional payment.
