After reviewing the projects, we create a 3D model and detailed quantity take-off tables for a portion of the project and send them to you for your consideration.
What is the cost of sample work?
Sample work is free of charge.

We cannot provide pricing without studying the projects you want us to work on. We offer a proposal for each project after a thorough review.
What is the content of the delivery?

Will the 3D model visually represent the completed architectural structure of the project?
Unfortunately, since we focus on building information modeling rather than architectural design, you won’t see the fully completed architectural version.

Pricing
Our man-hour estimate is the upper limit. If we actually spend fewer man-hours than estimation, we will request payment for the actual man-hours worked. If we exceed estimated man-hours due to reasons attributable to us, we will not request additional payment.
